Intro to Calisthenics is a 6 week program run on Wednesday's 5:45pm - 6:45pm.

The course is held at our outdoor training facility, Obstacle Park - 7027 Nerang Southport Road, Nerang.

Intro to Calisthenics is a beginners program, no experience required, however the ability to hold your own body weight in basic, functional positions (e.g. plank holds) is beneficial.
